Safe by design
We built BrightWorld for our own children, so safety comes first in every decision.
- No adverts, ever, and children’s data is never sold or used for advertising.
- No strangers. Children can only connect with friends that both families’ grown-ups approve, using a private friend code.
- No free typing. Friends talk with a fixed list of friendly phrases and stickers, so no names, addresses, schools, photos or links can be shared.
- No loot boxes or in-game money. Children never see prices. Only a grown-up can buy anything, from the parent area, with their password.
- “Tell a grown-up” is one tap away, children can block anyone, and parents can read every message.
- Parents in control of daily time limits, timers, read-aloud voice, friends and more.
- Minimal data: a first name or nickname (encrypted), age and interests. No photos, surnames, schools or locations. Parents can download or delete everything.
